Yep, that’s it! I’ve made a conscience decision to go for 50,000 words this November. I will officially join the ranks of crazy writers who call themselves authors.
I’ll be out of the loop for a while, and I apologize for that. In reality, I’ve been out now for a while preparing for NaNoWriMo.
Thus far, I’ve got a good start on my outline and I’ve spent some good quality time getting to know my character’s. It’s so very exciting delving into each one of their psyches. I’ve dreamt about this lot for several years. It’s quite intriguing seeing them on paper and creating a world for them.
Although, I must admit; as November 1st inevitably approaches, I’m becoming more and more nervous. Think it’s time to enlist reinforcements, in a way of speaking.
I completed NaPoWriMo in April 2014. It was so much fun developing new skills that I hadn’t a clue I could use. Now, I love writing poetry. So much in fact, my first poetry chapbook is nearly completed. I can’t wait to get it published.
I’m quit certain my next venture is going to be a rollercoaster of craziness. As excited as I am, I’m in for some long night’s and a non-existent social life for 30 days. But I’ll officially be an author.
