November is the cruelest of months
Giving false hopes of knights in shining armor
Swearing undying affection and persuasions of happier days as if fate commands the meaning
In droves, prayers sent for gratefulness yet forgotten as hastily as released
Greed, gluttony, overkill
~ Expeditious merriment bequeathed broken casualties from a battle in the cold detached future
November is the cruelest of months
Reasons, there are plenty
Colors of Fall promptly fade to grey as what was once vibrant and alive dies
~Too cold to rejoice in sunlight
~Too warm to indulge in the purity of white
Sadness commences, disguised as sanity awaiting for loves that will come and go
Devotion holds a breakable life line
Collasping into chaos of what’s noted as the happiest of times, tricked with good will intentions
~Abandoned all aspirations
November is the cruelest of months
