This extraordinary gem is a coffee shop and bistro-style restaurant located in the heart of Louisville, Colorado. Providing a relaxed comfortable environment and fresh made-to-order beverages, at Café de Paris every cup of Novo coffee is made fresh every time. This specialty coffee is meticulously selected, roasted, and brewed. We carry over 50 kinds of premium organic loose-leaf tea via International Tea Importers and Mountain Rose Herbs. For Chai lovers, we offer Bhakti Chai and a flavorful but not spicy Third Street Chai.
Café de Paris serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an appetizing menu including panini’s, bagels, sandwiches, crepes, soups, and salads. In addition, we have an excellent wine selection that is served by the glass or bottle, as well as microbrews. Happy hour specials change daily. All beverages offered are also served with milk substitutes and delectable gluten-free foods are available upon request. Here at Café de Paris we really pride ourselves on the fact that we pick up the food ourselves so we KNOW it is fresh and use organic as often as possible, thus also supporting the local businesses.
Along with a cozy atmosphere, consistent drinks, and delicious food, Café de Paris offers free Wi-Fi, eclectic music, street terrace, and live events in support of local talent. Owner Bryn Hudson says, “I enjoy the customers. This is a great community with phenomenal people.” Our hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 9:00pm, from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday.
